The cooking workshop will be on Wednesday May 27 and will feature the participation of chef Antonio Loureiro of Guimaraes

The riquiña tasting will be on Friday and will take us to the Ribeiro Designation of Origin

Taught by chef Antonio Loureiro of the A Cozinha restaurant, in Guimaraes. With the collaboration of the Tourism Entity Porto e Norte.

This week’s tasting will take place as usual, on Friday (May 29), at 7:00 p.m. On this occasion we are going to get to know more closely the Ribeiro Designation of Origin, the oldest town in Galicia.
